This website is a form of extended business card detailing my services and prices and providing contact details.

I am a provider of accountancy, administrative and bookkeeping services. I seek to assist small business people in meeting their statutory duties and to make their financial record keeping easier.
I do not engage in any direct marketing activities and I only hold the personal data from direct contact queries.
I am a sole trader – Holly Mapletoft BA MAAT and I am both the Data Controller and Data Processor for information held in connection with this business.
My legal bases for processing and controlling your data are:

Purpose test – you will have contacted me for guidance or information and I only hold your personal data for that purpose.
Necessity test – the processing of your data is necessary to have conversations with you and provide required services.
Balancing test – it is reasonable to expect that if you contact me via email or telephone that I would hold your contact details in order to communicate with you. We may have a potential or actual contractual relationship.
Your data will only be processed for the stated purpose using legitimate interest and in accordance with all GDPR principles.
I have the personal data from contracts in order to provide products, for example, contact clients with regards to statutory deadlines, and to complete appropriate administration, for example to issue terms of engagement and invoices.
I keep this data secure whilst I am in a clients service sand for 1 year period after that tax year end for my tax records and to answer any queries that you may have.

• Information necessary for the completion and submission of annual accounts, Vat returns and tax returns
Who do I share data with:
ABC made will not share, sell or rent your personal information. I may analyse final assessment performance and publish statistics but this will always be completely anonymous and not include any personal data.
I do not keep a mailing list and I only communicate with my customers as part of an ongoing conversation instigated by the customer.
What are your rights?
If you have had any contact with me you can request details of the personal information I hold and the reason I have it.
You can ask me to erase any personal data that I hold about you. This does not include basic financial information about transactions between us that form part of my accounts administration.
How do I protect your data?
The data I hold is accessed via a several level password protected system. I have a firewall and virus protection.
